Pittsburgh is one of more than 30 cities worldwide to get its own location of Miracle, a holiday bar that first popped up in New York City in 2014.

Miracle on Liberty is to open at 539 Liberty Ave., Downtown, and will be run by famed local bartender and consultant Spencer Warren, who helped start craft cocktails here when he opened Embury in 2008.

The bar, which will be open until Christmas Eve, will serve an array of holiday-themed drinks, such as the Christmapolitan — vodka, elderflower liqueur, spiced cranberry sauce, lime juice and fig bitters — from festive glassware along with bites and holiday music.

Also in the spirit of the season, the bar — in the space where Dream Cream Ice Cream used to be — also will host weekly fundraisers for local charities.

Mr. Warren says the hours will be 4 p.m. to midnight.

The drink recipes are the creations of Nico de Soto of Mace, where Miracle on Ninth Street started during construction three years ago. This season, for the first time, partners are launching pop-ups in cities ranging from Athens to Los Angeles to Oklahoma City.
