Temecula Winery Serving Up Free Tastings for Military Members, Veterans

TEMECULA, CA – As a way of saying Thank You to veterans and military members, a local winery is serving up free tastings throughout the month of November.

Peltzer Winery, located at 40275 Calle Contento in the Temecula Valley wine country, is offering the deal. Just make sure you bring a military ID along if you go.

“It’s important to our family to honor the military, so with veteran’s day coming up, we decided to go big and offer free tastings to military and veterans for an entire month," Carrie Peltzer told Patch via email. "We value the sacrifices that service members make on a daily basis…and this is our way of saying thank you.

"We’re also pretty proud of the military/military family members on our team, so we’re displaying their photos all month long in our tasting room. We even have a world war II flag that was brought back from the pacific on display on our barrel wall. It’s our small way of giving back to the people who give so much”

For more information, you can call the winery directly at (951) 888-2008.
